Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be in good condition.
- Since some products are repackaged into individual portions, we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns that are damaged or obviously used.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns
- For items that must be mailed back, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Consider using a trackable service if returning by mail.
