Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for returns

  • Items must be in good condition.
  • Since some products are repackaged into individual portions, we cannot guarantee acceptance of returns that are damaged or obviously used.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping returns

  • For items that must be mailed back, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Consider using a trackable service if returning by mail.
